Digital Products

Products sold through TechCertHub are digital PDF products.

Refunds

Because digital products are made available for download after successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered.

Failed Payments

If your payment was deducted but the purchase was not completed, please contact us with the payment details. We will investigate the transaction and assist with the issue.

Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us and we will investigate the transaction.
